Pilot Project Disclosure Statement

As part of our commitment to protect the interest of our Investors, we strive to maintain a high level of diligence in all our investment products. We may be piloting new Investment Products internally ( "Pilot Project" ). The purpose of the Pilot Project is to first evaluate and assess the legal and commercial risks, feasibility, viability, practicality, design and UI/UX of the Investment Products, before the Investment Products are made available to Investors or to the public. We will notify you once any Investment Products are available for public investment and participation.

Any financial, contractual and legal obligations arising out of or in connection with the Pilot Project offered in our sole discretion to the Issuer(s) and accepted by any Issuer(s), shall remain in full force, valid and legally binding.

Risk Disclosure Statement

While the creditworthiness of the Issuer(s) and the Investment Notes issued by the Issuer(s) on our Platform have been assessed by our credit assessment team, an investment in the Investment Products in our Platform comes with  risks  of partial or total loss of your investment capital. As with all other investments, investing your money for a return always comes with  financial risks .

The Investment Products on the platform are not insured nor secured. There remain risks that the Issuer(s) may not be able to meet its repayment obligations pursuant to the Investment Notes despite our existing Debt Recovery process and efforts.

You may mitigate the risks by diversifying your investment portfolio with us, i.e. through investing in multiple Investment Notes or Investment Products as opposed to overexposing your investment or concentrating your financial risks into a single Investment Note or Investment Product. The past performance, projection, forecast and/or simulation of results on our Platform are not necessarily indicative of the future or likely performance of any Issuer or Investment Note. The information provided on the Platform also does not take into account your specific investment objectives or financial situation.
